- Consultation: After reviewing your forms, we’ll schedule a Nutritional Interview to discuss your health, goals, and needs.
- Tracking: You will begin weight tracking to monitor progress.
- Assessment: I will evaluate your initial information and set personalized goals.
Step 3: Understanding the Keto Diet
- Meeting: During our next session, I will explain the principles of the ketogenic diet, its benefits, and how to smoothly transition into it.
